Blocked nose + cough for about 4 days now. i pee when i cough too hard. is it cause of concern? should i see a doc?

Not terribly: Those symptoms are not terribly concerning. The blocked nose and cough is likely viral. If you have a fever or difficulty breathing then you should see a doctor. The urinating with coughing can happen and should resolve after the cough diminishes. Again, if you have pain with urination, fever or blood in the urine then you should see a doctor.
