No: I'm not worried about a "trace" of blood because you mentioned only rare red cells in the sediment. Going to the gym can give you this from the myoglobin. Get checked next year.

My dip stick urine test showed trace of blood. It was sent to lab and it came back flagged bacteria (few), blood (small), mucous (moderate), leukocytes esterase Neg, nitrate neg, PH 5, protein neg, wbcs, urobilinogen all normal. Should I be worried?
