Can my dentist readjust my bite splint that i used before using braces or i need to have a new one made?

Won't fit properly: If the splint was made to your malocclusion, trying to force it back into your mouth after the "bad bite" was corrected would destabilize the Orthodontic treatment result. Please consult with BOTH your Dentist and your Orthodontic Specialist. An attempt to save a few dollars can prove to be extremely costly.

New splint: You will need to have a new one made to match the current position of the teeth. The old one was matched to where the teeth used to be. Trying to wear it will attempt to force the teeth back to that position. I don't think you would want this!
