See doctor/ER: This could be caused by many different things however often people can misinterpret a baby as "gagging" when they are actually not able to breathe properly. Without a clinical evaluation, it's impossible to know either way from the info given. Best option is to see your pediatrician ASAP or head to the nearest ER. Hope that helps!
