I have servere itchy on arms slightly on legs but no visible rash. i read online that it may be dry skin or dehydration. i'm not allergic to anything.

Dry skin: may be due to dehydration or dry weather in winter, keep yourself well hydrated, even in winter, bath with cream soap, tap your skin dry rather, don't smear it dry, apply a moisturizer immediately after to trap the moisture in your skin, good luck
