Your doctor can help: From what you have written above, you have a high bilirubin level which can cause dark urine.. Since liver enzymes are normal, it is unlikely to be hepatitis but it could be either hemolysis(? Sickle cell disease) or biliary obstruction. You need further testing done from an internist or hematologist.
