A member asked:

I have a small bump on my right hand just a little above they wrist, there is mild pain but only in the wrist itself, what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ganglion cyst: most likely it is a ganglion cyst. have a hand surgeon examine it. it could be aspirated but has high recurrence rate or surgically excised with higher cure rate. other possibilities include vascular lesion, lipoma or bony spur.
