Eat less, exercise : You need to cut down on eating and increase your activity level by walking more every day. The rich foods with too much sugar and fat needs to be eliminated or reduced in amount that you eat. Instead eat more veggies and fruits. All of this should help you to lose weight but it will take time..So be patient and continue this discipline for a long time to come.
