Infection: You probably have a urinary tract infection. However UTI in young men is uncommon and is often associated with some other problem like some obstruction in urinary passage. Therefore you should see your physician and do a urine exam and possibly a culture if your symptoms warrant. Only then one can sau with certainty what is the problem.
