Return to doc ASAP: Chlamydia can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection, which causes low abdominal pain. It is atypical for the pain of PID to start after being treated for chlamydia, but it's still possible. Untreated PID can be quite dangerous, so don't delay. Maybe nothing serious, but don't take the chance. Contact your doctor's office ASAP. Good luck!
