Is it treated?: Hi. Are you taking thyroid hormone for your hypothyroidism? I must assume that if you've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism that the doc who made the diagnosis also has treated you. Are your thyroid tests restored to normal on treatment? I would not commonly associate dizziness with hypothyroidism (or its treatment). Probably not related. Drinking enough? Any vomiting and/or diarrhea? Rest, fluids
