Steroid side effects: .. are well documented, especially at the levels you must take/inject to compete. It is your choice, not anyone else's. If you want to win this competition bad enough, at all costs to the rest of your body long term, then that is the decision you must be ready to live with. There is no other advice anyone can offer you that would not require that ultimate decision.
