Usually a hospital: A video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) is test done for evaluation of swallowing disorders. A VFSS is usually done on the order of a physician in a hospital. The test requires the presence of a speech pathologist and radiologist to conduct and interpret the study. If your doctor has ordered the test, he or she should give the location of the test.
