Not Preg: If you are on the pill and having regular periods then you cannot be pregnant. Pregnancy cannot happen while you are still having periods. Regarding you stomach and possible weight gain, I believe you should discuss this issue with both your physician and with a dietitian so that they can come up with a plan to help you loss weight. A dietitian can spend time with you to help individualize a plan.
