Not sure of timing: I'm not clear form your question what the timing of the Plan B was with regard to intercourse. This is where timing is important, not related to your menstrual timing. Ideally, Plan B is taken within 48 hours of sex, but can be done up to 72 hours with decreasing results. Even taken properly and in the correct time frame, it is not 100% effective .If concern about pregnancy, take a pregnancy test.

Plan B One-Step is up to 89 % effective when taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. It can reduce chance of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours.
