Yes: Anal sex can lead to anal trauma. Frankly the Anus was not designed for this sort penetration. Likely the anal sphincter was not relaxed enough or the vibrator was too big. This then lead to anal tears and extreme pain. You will have to allow the tissue to heal before this will pain subside. If you want to continue anal sex you need to learn how to relax the anal sphincter and smaller vibrators
