Fell with my glasses on 2.5 weeks ago and have since experienced localized numbness (size of quarter) lateral to my left eye, just before my hairline.

Nerve recovery: There are small sensory fibers that originate from larger sensory nerve in the area, the auriculotemporal nerve, most likely that may take time to recover....

Local nerve injury: Sounds like you may have injured one of the small nerve fibers of the facial nerve directly related to the trauma. Should resolve with time - but could require several weeks.
