What's baby's weight: Does is weight dependent. I would guess baby weighs about 8-10lbs. That is about 4 kg. Dose for tylenol (acetaminophen) is 16 mg/kg. So about 60 mg dose. Tylenol (acetaminophen) comes 160 mg per 5 ml so about 2 ml is dose.
