See your doctor: You should go to your doctor for a full work up which would check you for underlying medical conditions such as diabetes as well as check blood, electrolytes etc.

Get info: I can't relate this to the bowels but numbness in feet can be due to low back issues. Suggest nerve conduction study and mri. Always possible with diabetes and alcohol consumption.
