Options: You'll always find varying degrees in pricing for the same procedures. You should decide which dentist you trust and feel comfortable with for your procedures and the caring for your dental health. Go with whom you wish and don't worry about anything else.

Need more informatio: How much cheaper and is cost the most important factor when deciding who should do your crown? Not sure why you're at a new dentist, but in contact with a previous dentist, but both are going to assume you're a price shopper. I think you have to consider what kind of long term relationship you wish to have with either office. Is it a front tooth or back and are you comparing apples to apples?
