I'm currently almost 6 weeks pregnant and hcg is 1437 is that normal? i see other people have a level of 5k but mine is only 1437... i'm worried.

Its fine: That level is fine. If you're worried have your physician repeat it in several days. A rising HCG is more important that the level. Everyone's HCG progresses differently. And if you haven't had an ultrasound yet, you may be slightly less than 6 weeks.
