Hydration: dark urine usually means not enough hydration or water in your diet. You urine becomes very concentrated. At other times, when its lighter, you are having enough. Aim for 16 ounces ( one bottle) at least three times a day of water, in addition to fresh fruits and veggies- which are high in water content. Best of health
