Not vascular: Age unknown w. pain unilateral groin, thigh, posterior knee & calf suggests neural impingement absent vascular involvement & swelling distal leg. Sacroiliac joint disorder can arouse sciatica & groin pain. Other considerations: Sartorious Syndrome & Pyriformis Syndrome. Vertebral stenosis w. nerve root impingements does not typically refer pain to groin. Osteopaths discern soft tissue disorders.
