I like Epocrates app: Epocrates is a leading smartphone app and online website used by physicians in America. It's free to use. I am a primary care physician and use my Epocrates smartphone app on a daily basis to look up drugs and use the drug interaction checker. The pill identifier section is helpful too when patients only show me a pill instead of bringing the pill bottle also.

In general: All the interaction checkers are pretty reasonable. Usually when deciding which one to use, depends on what other resources you are going to use from the respective site/app. Once we know what resources you'd like to use, it would be easier guide you.
