Probably 2/4: The bleeding on 1/22 was probably due to removal of the IUD and I suspect your will get a period early February, but it may be lighter or heavier than normal.

Unsure: The bleeding right after removing the IUD was probably just due to disturbing the endometrium by extracting the IUD and that is quite common. You should expect your period when it is due. The contraception you had with the IUD is gone almost immediately with the IUD removed. Good luck if you are trying to conceive, be careful if not.
