Some will, some that: have a true sac may not, and some may scar, see a board certified dermatologist for treatment, if not resolving in a few weeks

Acne therapy: Acne is treated with topical medications like prescription ziana or epiduo. For deeper lesions oral medication is used such as solodyn (minocycline) or doryx. See your local dermatologist for therapy.

Dermatology consult: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day. Use oil free products on face. No oily hair. No heavy foundations. Don't squeeze pimples. Avoid touching face (i.e., cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (w salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If > mild acne see dermatologist (discuss meds, comedone extractor, pore strips, etc.).
