Stronger Rx: I see that you are already on topical benzoyl peroxide but if you are getting cystic acne, you will probably want something stronger. The oral contraceptive pill (if right for you) or spironolactone are options, or your physician may want to add an antibiotic. If your acne is severe and your are offered isotretinoin, consider it.
