Rib fracture ?: Trauma in the form of a fall could lead to a rib fracture. Please go to the nearest ER or Urgent care so they could take an Xray of your chest and ribs. Apply ice for 10 mintues every hour. If not allergic, take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen. This could be very serious so please go to nearest ER. Best wishes.
