Not likely worms: Pinworms come out of the intestine at night and deposit their eggs around the anus.They are not known to do this around the urethral meatus where your urine comes out.Itching in that area may suggest some other irritation of the skin, possibly being sensitive to the toilet paper you use or feminine sprays, or bath soaps.It could also be a yeast infection.I would suggest having your doc look at it.
