Here are some ...: Recurrent testicular torsion is almost zero after orchiopexy - testicular fixation; if recurring, it happens to surgical fixation with absorbable stitches such as chromic catgut. So, it's wise and reasonable to consider if the Dx for orchiopexy is correct or if something new occurs inside the sac such as epididymitis, neuralgia/radiculopaty, etc. But, a professional evaluation will come to rescue.
