Doubt its serious...: I'm sorry that you are hurting. The Implanon will protect you from pregnancy; however, having intercourse can be slightly traumatic internally if you are not used to it and can cause some spotting and cramping. It usually doesn't mean something is seriously wrong. If it doesn't go away on its own in a few days you should be checked out for an infection but this is less common. Best wishes!
