Headache: A new or different headache or persistent warrants being evaluated by a doctor. Your blood pressure is just reacting to the pain likely. Do you usually get headaches? Talk with your MD. Migraines usually go away within a few days but stress headaches can last quite long.

Response: Not really concerned about your blood pressure which remains in normal range. Rather, you have a headache pattern which is escalating and needs cessation. Best done by starting a preventative item, either prescription or OTC. Although your doctor could start this, it is also possible to achieve success online via a Concierge visit.
