This version is from: Spain I believe but is known in the US as metronidazole. It helps rosacea and can calm the redness of rosacea but topicals like bromonidine work better to reduce redness specifically

Metroruboril is a: proprietary blend of herbal extracts and metronidazole antibiotic. Metronidazole is often used to treat rosacea. There have been some studies showing the calming effect of some botanicals also. If your facial redness has been diagnosed as rosacea, you might give this product a try.
