Migraine?: Your symptoms seem consistent with a migraine. You describe a "spot" of dimness that moves. This may be the aural component of the migraine. If your vision seems changed of different following this attack, definitely see an eye MD to rule out other causes for the vision dimness. Treatment for the headache & other suppressive treatments will be discussed. You may need to see a neurologist if need.
