Absolutely! YEARS: A fall on your bum can cause anything from simple bruise to subclinical (not well-perceived) problems like coccyx/sacral fracture, sacroiliac or pelvic displacement, lumbar disc inj., single/multiple nerve inflammation;any of which can take days/yrs to manifest.A good history & physical incl. an osteopathic hands-on exam may find problem.Manipulation may fix it, if other tests/treatment not needed
