Here are some ...: Have you been haunted by the idea of losing energy through ejaculations, which may occur voluntarily in intercourse or masturbation or involuntarily in wet dreams? I don't believe there has been any study ever designed and done to address the answer to your Q. In reality, I would never worry about wet dreams, which has been "normal" for all men during some time of their life. So, ask Doc ....
