Sound ok: snoring is very prevalent, especially as we age. I treat patients for snoring and the results can be life-changing. Get a tape recorder and run it while you sleep. Set it to voice activation. If no luck with this, get a sleep study done - many hospitals have this available. If you snore heavily, you may be at risk for sleep apnea which can be life threatening.
