I slammed my finger in a door didn't break skin but it aorta turned red with spots like if it's bleeding without actual blood should i be worried ?

No: Crush injury with bleeding under the surface. Will be swollen, sore, and discolored for 2 or 3 weeks. If it is very stiff/ painful, if it feels like loose/ cracking bone, consider x-ray for fracture.
