Since effexor (venlafaxine) incr. to 375, if miss a meal i'm totally drained. as if the effexor (venlafaxine) must eat,& will eat away at my body if not fed. worried re perm dmg.

While all drugs (even over the counter medicines like Tylenol) carry a possible risk for effects when taken long term ... Their benefit usually outweighs the alternative.
