Probably normal: Although most women "regularize " in their early teens you are still within the normal range . This is particularly true if you are athletic and exercise a good deal. Its a good idea at you age to get a GYN evaluation anyway... Hope this helps! Dr Z

SeeYourGynecologist!: Need to know a few things. First, otherwise are you OK? Any prior serious illnesses, pregnancies or abortion(s)? When did your periods start? Were they regular and now irregular or irregular all along? Any spotting in-between? On any medications? Let's say all is well except what you said, and you've always been irregular, I might say that eventually you'll "grow out of it." Otherwise, see a GYN.
