im 36 yrs old i get my period regularly every month for 5 days. this month i spotted for three days then i got my priod heavy and i am on my sixth day?

Period not regular: There are many reasons for menstrual irregularities. Stress, medications, exercise are just three outside influences that affect ovulation and thus period length and interval. Make sure your pap is up to date. Can perform a home pregnancy test to rule this out. See your provider if a problem persists.
