For the last three month all i get when my period comes is spotting what could that be from.

Probably normal: Are you on birth control pills? The amount of bleeding with periods can change over time, and sometimes gets much lighter. However, often on birth control pills women's periods can be very light, and sometimes disappear altogether. This is not a problem as it is related to the balance of medications in the pill.
