? Supine Hypotensive: Your aorta/vena cava could be compressed by your uterus. I would suggest seeing your doctor as you could have other issues with your back or bladder causing these symptoms. Hard to say without a proper exam. Try sleeping on your left side and see your doctor or go to an emergency room is severe pain persists. Good luck
