Two methods: are insertion of penile prosthesis and cutting suspensory ligaments at base. First way is surgical insertion foreign object. Second way results in apparent lengthening because surrounding tissue retracts. Neither is very satisfactory, especially in long term. Get to a urologist for more detailed opinion.
