Sweating.....: With anticholinergic crisis one typically has lack of sweating ( "dry as a bone, red as a beet, mad as a hatter, blind as a bat " ) With serotonergic syndrome one typically gets profuse sweating in addition to elevated heart rate, increased muscle tone, fever, psychosis. Both can be lethal if there are uncontrolled seizures or cardiovascular collapse.
