How good is an ecg combined with a 24h holter in detecting a previous heart attack, both overt and silent?

ECG : ECG would likely show an evidence of previous heart attack and Holter monitor would only show arrhythmias. If you want to be sure about heart disease you should either get a stress test or cardiac catheterization. But considering your age the probability is low.
