Urge : A simple ultrasound test can determine whether you empty the bladder or not. At your age emptying is very important and these symptoms are worrisome. For now , void on a schedule, every three hours is good to account for lack of urge. Then I would definitely suggest you see a urologist that can help with your problem. Good luck.
