I'm curious on why every time i take my sons boogers out he has some dried blood in it. he is also very sensitive when i touch his nose.

Nose bleeds: The tissue inside the nose is very delicate and can bleed easily. Children frequently pick in their noses and can cause irritation. Wiping and suctioning the nose also irritates it. A little blood can show up in the mucous. Put some vaseline or Neosporin ointment inside his nose at bedtime for a couple of weeks to help heal the lining o the nose.
