can nose bleeds be a sign of pregnancy?

Dr. Michelle Jones singer

No: Pregnancy increases the blood supply to mucus membranes in your mouth, nose and vagina. Nose bleeds and bleeding gums are common in pregnancy but they are not signs of pregnancy.
