Vaginal Bleeding: Abnormal bleeding can be a sign of many different things - pregnancy, miscarriage, abnormal hormone levels, pelvic inflammatory disease, trauma, cancer, etc. You need to be evaluated if this is the first time this has happened, and you may or may not be pregnant. Some simple testing will be able to tell what the underlying cause is usually. Good luck to you!
